RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is very simple. The client can return items bought at lookandbuy.net under the next conditions:

• If the product has factory defects*
• If the product delivered to the client is not the same bought by him
• If the product is returned in their original product packaging with all its accessories and without any damage
• In a five business day limit that is in effect on the date of the invoice of the product purchased
• If the product is returned with the original invoice to an address that lookandbuy.net will provide to the client
• If the code of the returned product is the same as the code of the product that was sold by lookandbuy.net

In addition, lookandbuy.net will only return the money if the product returned due to a defect or any imperfect is not replaced and delivered to the client in a 30 business day period

Lookandbuy will not make any refund in case of a purchase made with a stolen credit card because the responsibility lies completely and exclusively on the cardholder.

If at the time of the return, the product is not available in the inventory, lookandbuy.net will give a purchase certificate to the client that will be valid for 30 business days, if the product is not replaced during this period and the purchase certificate is not used by the client, lookandbuy.net will return the money to the client.

This certificate will be for the same amount of the product bought and returned due to a defect or imperfection and can only be used at lookandbuy.net. The shipping costs will only be covered by lookandbuy.net if the product is returned from the same address where it was delivered initially by lookandbuy.net.

*For cellular phones the factory defects are: Software problems, touch screen and bottoms.

CANCELATION POLICY

Our cancelation policy is very easy. Lookbuy.net, will only accept the total cancelation of a purchase order if the product is not delivered in the next 30 business days after its paid or, if the product was returned due to a factory defect or a imperfect  and the new product is not delivered in a period of 30 business days after the returned.

Lookandbuy will not on any case accept the cancelation of a purchase made with a stolen credit card because the responsibility lies completely and exclusively on the cardholder.

SHIPPING POLICY

Our dispatch and delivery policy is very simple. Lookandbuy.net will only and exclusively dispatch the products bought at lookandbuy.net in USA territory to the address provided by the client.
